Booking Terms and Conditions

A submitted request does not confirm a date. Praia may create a pencil reservation. More than one customer may request the same date, and the recorded reservation-created timestamp establishes sales priority.

A booking becomes confirmed only after Praia verifies the required payment and communicates confirmation. Calendar titles use Reserved, Confirmed and Cancelled for operations.

For an event without paid add-ons, the standard reservation payment is ₱3,000. When an event includes a paid add-on, including accommodation, the reservation payment is 50% of the standard package total or ₱3,000, whichever is higher. The exact amount is displayed before payment.

The remaining balance must be paid at least seven days before the event. Failure to pay it by the deadline forfeits the reservation. For the first 24 hours after a pencil reservation is created, customers may instead pay the complete package in full and receive the displayed 10% pay-in-full discount across the event and included add-ons. After that deadline, full payment remains available at the standard quoted price.

Events are limited to five hours, a maximum of 100 guests and strict sound-off at 10 PM. Outside suppliers remain subject to Praia's venue, safety, electricity and sound rules.

For confirmed events, cancellation at least seven days before the booking refunds the amount paid above ₱3,000. Cancellation within seven days is non-refundable.

One date move may be requested at least 24 hours before the booking, subject to availability.

Direct accommodation check-in is 12 noon and check-out is 9 AM. Extra registered room guests are ₱500 per person per night within the published maximum. Breakfast is not included. Guests may use the functioning kitchen and utensils.

Praia Direct Stay cancellation policy: For stays of one to six nights, cancel at least seven full calendar days before the scheduled 12 noon check-in time. For stays of seven nights or more, cancel at least 14 full calendar days before check-in. An eligible refund is the amount paid less the payment-processing fee actually charged and not recoverable by Praia.

Cancellations made after the applicable deadline, no-shows, and unused nights after check-in are non-refundable unless mandatory consumer protections apply. A separate non-refundable discounted rate applies only when it is explicitly offered and selected before payment.

Private Whole House rates apply to a maximum of 12 registered guests. The customer must disclose and obtain approval for outside guests, suppliers, commercial activity or event use before arrival. Undisclosed event use or activity outside the confirmed stay may be refused or repriced under Praia's event rules. By proceeding, the customer accepts the applicable stay, property, safety and occupancy terms.

Customers are responsible for their guests, suppliers and damage caused during the booking. Venue rules, safety instructions and applicable laws must be followed.
